Acceptance

By using kabu-station-gmail-otp-helper-site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

Purpose of the Tool

kabu-station-gmail-otp-helper-site is a personal local desktop helper for kabu Station login support. It uses Gmail read-only access only to retrieve email two-factor authentication codes locally on the user's PC.

User Responsibility

• You are responsible for configuring and using the tool on your own local PC.
• You are responsible for protecting your local files, OAuth credentials, brokerage credentials, and device access.
• You are responsible for reviewing any login, session, or brokerage operation before relying on it.

Google User Data

The tool's access to Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy. Gmail data is used only for the disclosed purpose of local two-factor authentication code extraction and login support.

The tool does not sell Gmail data, use Gmail data for advertising, or send Gmail data to a third-party server.

Prohibited Use

• Do not use this tool to automate trading decisions or order submission.
• Do not use this tool to access Gmail data without the account holder's consent.
• Do not modify this tool to request broader Gmail permissions unless the OAuth consent screen and privacy disclosures are updated accordingly.

No Warranty

This tool is provided as-is, without warranties of availability, correctness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for losses, damages, missed logins, account issues, brokerage issues, or other consequences arising from use of the tool.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above indicates the current version.
